Job Summary
This is a Direct Hire Authority (DHA) solicitation utilizing the DHA for Department of Defense, Section 9905 to recruit and appoint qualified candidates to positions in the competitive service. Serves as expert of construction schedule analysis in a variety of construction contracts (firm fixed price; design build; Integrated Design and Construction (IDaC); throughout design.
