About the Position: This position is in the Defense Civilian Intelligence Personnel System (DCIPS). Employees occupying DCIPS positions are in the Excepted Service and must adhere to U.S. Code, Title 10, as well as Department of Defense Instruction 1400.25. This position is located at U.S. Army Intelligence and Security Command (INSCOM), Assistant Chief of Staff (ACOFS), G-1, Special Programs Division, People Soft Branch, at Fort Belvoir, Virginia.
Key Responsibilities
Serves as the Official Mail Manager for HQ INSCOM and develops and implements command-wide mail policies and procedures in accordance with applicable USPS, DoD, and Army requirements.
