Job Summary

Corrections professionals who foster a humane and secure environment and ensure public safety by preparing individuals for successful reentry into our communities.

Key Responsibilities

Provides analytical and consultative services to Division management to ensure strategic alignment of programs, services and policies with the Bureau's mission, goals, and objectives. Works with Division senior management in implementing any new and revising established policy directives affecting operations, and developing plans, programs, policies, and training programs.

Composes talking points, routine and ad hoc technical reports, and other briefing materials for use by the Executive-level staff in meetings and other settings in which these officials must present to various audiences. Develops new ideas, methods, and procedures to utilize personnel and financial resources more effectively and efficiently.
