Job Summary
This position is located at Bureau of the Fiscal Service, Operations Support Division. As a Management and Program Analyst, you will provide various aspects of customer service and support to federal program agencies, financial institutions, and organizations through supporting payments, programs, and providing agency and payment analysis.
Key Responsibilities
As a Management and Program Analyst, you will: Plan, schedule, and conduct studies to evaluate and recommend ways to improve work processes. Analyze and evaluate OPO programs, products, and services effectiveness in meeting goals and objectives. Review, evaluate, and recommend changes regarding reports, processes, programs, objectives, and goals. Perform a wide range of outreach support, and analytical services to assist and support customers and payment operations.
Serve as a customer liaison with federal agencies, facilitating communication, and providing training sessions to customers.
