Job Summary
PLEASE NOTE: Based on the current hiring restrictions, selectees may be subject to additional approvals prior to an offer being extended. This position is located at Bureau of the Fiscal Service, Centralized Receivables, Billing and Debt Reporting Division. As a Management and Program Analyst, you will be responsible for planning, analyzing, evaluating, and improving the effectiveness of Governmentwide Solutions (GWS) operations and/or operating programs.
Key Responsibilities
As a Management and Program Analyst, you will: Participate in the design and execution of the strategic planning process and establishing Bureau or program performance goals, identifying and documenting performance measurement criteria and indicators, and in preparing for or conducting data-driven reviews to assess progress and actively manage to desired outcomes.
Prepare oral and written reports, presentations, and present to internal staff, senior management, and departmental employees. Prepare graphs, charts, and debriefing materials that present clear, concise, and effective analytical results of evaluation and studies performed.
Responsible for creating appropriate and valuable performance measures and metrics that allow the business owners, Senior management, and Assistant Commissioner to identify the value of the management initiative and how it aligns to the GWS, Bureau of the Fiscal Service and Treasury goals. Assist senior management and the Assistant Commissioner in the planning and development of GWS Operational Plan every year and distributes the Plan to all GWS personnel.
