Job Summary

This vacancy is for a Management and Program Analyst in the Economic Development Administration within the Department of Commerce.

Key Responsibilities

As the Workforce Program Officer, you will support the implementation of workforce programs in the OIE, analyze and advise management on the evaluation of the effectiveness of programs/operations or the productivity and efficiency of management, or both, and will oversee a portfolio of awards and support the overall stewardship of programs in the OIE Workforce portfolio.

Duties will include: Grant Competition Management: Support the effective execution of competitive grant competitions in the workforce portfolio. Program Oversight: Ensure effective award implementation, grantee progress, and outcomes of awards in workforce portfolio.

This Job Opportunity Announcement may be used to fill other Management and Program Analyst GS-0343-13, positions within the Department of Commerce in the same geographical location or local commuting area with the same qualifications and specialized experience.
