About the Position: You will serve as a principal staff advisor to the District Commander, Deputy Commander, and district staff principles on matters relating to Human Capital. This position is located in Huntington, WV.

Leads the District's recruitment and development programs, partnering with regional and local teams to improve organizational effectiveness.
