Job Summary

You will serve as a MANAGEMENT AND PROGRAM ANALYST in the Naval Education and Training Security Assistance Field Activity of NET SEC ASTFLD ACT.

Key Responsibilities

You will provide comprehensive support and assistance on a wide variety of personnel programs, including staffing, recruiting, performance management, position management, and employee relations.

Requirements & Education

Applicants that do not meet the specialized experience as described above may qualify with education or a combination of experience and education, as follows: Applicants for the GS-9 position: I have successfully completed a master's or equivalent graduate degree OR I have successfully completed two full years of progressively higher level graduate education leading to a master's degree OR I have obtained an LL.B. or J.D. that is related to the position being filled.
