The primary purpose of this position is to serve as the Project Manager for the NORAD and USNORTHCOM (N/NC) Commander's Initiative Group (CIG), leading strategic initiatives and special projects in direct support of the Combatant Commander (CCDR).
Leads enterprise-level projects and strategic initiatives for the NORAD and USNORTHCOM Commander's Initiative Group. Serves as a project manager and senior strategic advisor for complex, high-visibility initiatives that affect multiple N/NC organizations and support the CCDR's priorities, decision-making, and strategic objectives.
Conducts advanced command-level analysis and develops recommendations to improve organizational performance, mission effectiveness, and strategic alignment. Applies a mastery of qualitative and quantitative analytical methods to assess programs, processes, administrative operations, and organizational performance in order to identify issues, evaluate alternatives, and recommend improvements for senior command consideration.
Develops executive-level decision support products and coordinates with senior leaders and stakeholders across the command and external organizations. Prepares and delivers project status reports, decision papers, analytical summaries, dashboards, charts, graphs, tables, and narrative briefings for the CCDR, senior command leadership, and other high-level audiences, ensuring information is accurate, timely, and responsive to leadership requirements.
Integrates project work, monitors execution of command-priority actions, and ensures completion of assigned deliverables. Breaks projects into discrete tasks and work packages, assigns responsibilities to team members or participating organizations based on expertise and project requirements, and tracks completion of assigned actions to ensure products meet quality, schedule, and mission requirements.

The posted pay range is $129096 – $167830/yr.
