Job Summary
DCSA seeks a Strategic Performance Management Analyst to serve in the Business Operations team supporting agency-wide priorities through data-driven analysis and process improvement. The selectee will lead projects, assess operational gaps, develop performance reports, and coordinate stakeholders to implement solutions. Ideal candidates have experience managing complex initiatives, analyzing qualitative and quantitative data, and communicating actionable recommendations.
Key Responsibilities
As a MANAGEMENT AND PROGRAM ANALYST (STRATEGIC PERFORMANCE MANAGEMENT ANALYST) you will be responsible for the following duties: Serve in the DCSA Business Operations Office to support agency-wide strategic priorities. Analyze operational processes and performance data; generate reports and visual products that promote transparency, accountability, and informed performance decisions.
Lead information strategy, requirements collection, and process-improvement efforts to improve the use and value of organizational data assets. Identify and prioritize process gaps, system deficiencies, and mission requirements; recommend solutions to improve organizational effectiveness. Plan and execute complex projects and analyses, establishing scope, objectives, deliverables, schedules, resources, and performance measures.
Engage stakeholders to validate requirements and implement change; develop reports, presentations, and communications that convey findings and recommendations.
