Job Summary
This position is located at Departmental Offices,Management CFO - DAS Human Resources and CHCO. As a Management and Program Analyst, you will be providing analysis and expert advice to the Departmental Offices, Bureau Human Resources and Learning Officers, as well as other agencies.
Key Responsibilities
As a Management and Program Analyst, you will: Gather information, conduct research, and complete analysis concerning critical human capital issues and management problems utilizing mathematical techniques, statistical methods, and scientific discipline.
Provide a quantitative basis for decision making to improve human resources policies and operations using conventional and unconventional techniques to resolve unique or systemic problems that have major impact upon the Department of Treasury. Serve as a Treasury community lead in the areas of HR data analytics, data management, learning technologies and HRIT which involves assisting in the leadership of and or leading communities of practice/interest and user groups.
Identify the need for data and independently or through IT reports writers design reports that pull data from various IT sources to create meaningful data analysis to drive decision making.
