The selectee will serve as a Management and Program Analyst in the Office of Strategy, Planning, and Innovation, Emerging Capabilities Assessment Division. Typical work assignments include: Engages directly with operational personnel through interviews and consultations to gain firsthand insight into day-to-day processes. Provides stakeholders with clear, evidence-based solutions and recommendations to support strategic decision-making.
Communicates technical information, ideas, and recommendations to a diverse audience, including senior leadership, stakeholders, and operational personnel. Coordinates efforts among diverse team members, fostering collaboration and driving consensus, to develop actional strategies for resolving challenges. Enhances organization performance ensuring programs are equipped to meet evolving needs and challenges.
Gathers valuable feedback, addresses concerns, and develops solutions aimed at improving the effectiveness and efficiency of program operations.
