The Management and Program Analyst position is located in the Care Navigation Center, Local Facility Office of Community Care, at the Chillicothe Ohio VA Medical Center. The purpose of this position is to assist with the management, development, and evaluation of the Community Care and Referral Coordination Departments, providing administrative support and contributing to the facilitation of effective and efficient specialty care delivery systems.

Duties include but are not limited to the following: Collects and analyzes program data Prepares reports and presentations for program leadership Identifies trends and proposes program improvements Interprets and applies program policies Conducts compliance monitoring and supports corrective actions Coordinates workflow and process improvement initiatives Tracks project milestones and follows up with stakeholders Develops and delivers staff training materials Resolves issues regarding referrals, authorizations, and billing Maintains program records and ensures data integrity Develops and presents information to staff and stakeholders Work Schedule: Monday-Friday, 6:00am-2:30pm Recruitment & Relocation Incentives: Not authorized Critical Skills Incentive (CSI): Not approved
