This position serves as a Management & Program Analyst (AI) evaluating and improving operations via AI integration. Facilitates collaboration across technical teams, governance bodies, and leadership to deploy AI capabilities, predictive models, and automation. Conducts complex quantitative/qualitative data analyses, translates insights into executive dashboards, and leads change management to drive agency AI adoption.

Incumbents typical work assignments may include the following: Serves as a key liaison and analyst coordinating among IT specialists, data governance bodies, and executive leadership to integrate AI capabilities into existing agency systems, ensuring alignment with governance, risk, and compliance frameworks.
Designs and executes complex quantitative and qualitative analyses on program datasets (such as utilization and performance metrics) to identify operational bottlenecks and develop targeted AI use cases, including predictive modeling, anomaly detection, and process automation.
Translates intricate analytical and AI model outputs into actionable strategic recommendations by developing executive dashboards, comprehensive briefing papers, and visualizations for senior leadership decision-making. Applies organizational change management principles to lead user adoption, delivering training strategies, stakeholder engagement plans, and continuous workflow optimization for newly deployed AI tools.
