This is a multi-faceted position that will allow you to apply a wide range of administrative programs concepts, laws, policies, practices and analytical methods to address technical issues or problems.
Your major duties will include: Gathering, reviewing, and interpreting administrative or mission support information to help address assigned problems, issues, unusual circumstances, and customer requirements within an office or program environment. Applying established concepts, principles, regulations, policies, procedures, and guidelines in one or more mission support functions to complete assigned administrative work and support mission support services.
Assisting in evaluating administrative services or mission support processes by identifying service improvement opportunities, isolating issues involving incomplete or conflicting data, and recommending practical actions aligned with management objectives. Reviewing changes in laws, regulations, policies, or procedures to help determine their impact on management services, reconcile incomplete information, and define issues in terms consistent with applicable guidance.
Communicating orally and in writing with managers, employees, customers, and other stakeholders to clarify requirements, exchange information, explain procedural requirements, and support accurate and timely completion of assigned work products.
