The primary purpose of this position is to serve as the headquarters-equivalent senior analyst to plan, organize and determine the necessary strategies, processes, programs and procedures for the establishment and maintenance of the Command's and 19 AF's mission.
Develops and administers Air Force-level initiatives or lines of effort (LOEs). Applies processes, procedures and principles tointegrate 19 AF goals, objectives and desired effects into mission and organizational areas. Prepare and documents the technical and economic data to support the acquisition of complex, multi-functional 19 AF lines of efforts, programs, and services for the AF and Command. Manages specific 19 AF projects as required.
Develops, reviews, and revises 19 AF materials and key performance indicators. Studies and analyses result in 19 AF training products of multiple functional specialty area lines at various levels of complexity and these products AFFECT a considerable number and variety of users. Directs, coordinates, and oversees project/study work.
Prepares and delivers oral presentations such as briefings, training sessions, consultations, and strategy sessions with other staff and subordinate unit organizations to secure cooperation, resolve controversial matters, and convey information relative to proposed changes in assigned programs. Serves as the project leader for enterprise level projects as a subject matter expert (SME). Represents the Command to all levels within the DOD, AF, and contractors/industry.
Prepares, presents, and defends staffstudies to the Commander and/or other management officials.
