As a Program Analyst, you will be working on human capital, employee development, and/or quality assurance programs for Assisted Acquisition Services (AAS) in the area(s) of workforce management and communication, onboarding, training, engagement, and quality. Location of position: Federal Acquisition Service, Assisted Acquisition Services, Acquisition and Office of AAS Operations. We are currently filling seven vacancies, but additional vacancies may be filled as needed.
Conducts complex analytical studies that are of special interest to specific functional activities or programs. Plans and/or directs complex projects/programs requiring evaluation and identification of a variety of operational problems, evaluating alternative solutions and recommending appropriate action.
Reviews, evaluates and monitors the progress of program areas in accomplishing organization wide objectives by appraising performance, progress, program status and trends against approved objectives and program goals and schedules. Provides leadership with assessments of stakeholder interests, organizational risks, and engagement opportunities to inform executive decision-making.
Prepares and/or conducts briefings for higher level management to explain the specific analysis of subject matter, as well as to provide recommendations or action plans and provide guidance and/or direction for implementation.
