Job Summary

This position is located in the Office of Secure Transportation, Office of Technical Services (OTS), Facilities Management Branch (FMB), has a great opportunity for a Program Analyst that may interest you. As a Program Analyst within FMB, you will provide in-depth analysis between OST mission requirements and the need for development, modification, maintenance, or termination of facilities.

The incumbent will be responsible for providing analytical services related to real property management.

Key Responsibilities

As a Program Analyst, you will: Uses various programs to identify funding levels required to support organizational infrastructure. Monitors allocated funding, develops measures, and monitors systems to ensure funding is being appropriately utilized towards facility projects. Provides oversight of projects and contracts as a Contracting Officer Representative.

Utilizes quantitative and qualitative analytical principles and techniques, including statistical analysis and trending, to evaluate a large volume of technical and business-oriented data to determine its validity and draw appropriate conclusions. Performs assignments with Facility Management Branch engineers to monitor, analyze, and develop reports on near-and long-term facility needs, potential capability and capacity gaps. Delivers presentations to the Facilities Board.

Presents facility requirements, needs, and/or concerns and recommends solutions to all levels of Federal and contractor staff and management.

Requirements & Education

There is no substitution of education for experience at the GS-13 level.
