Job Summary
This position is with the U. S. Department of Labor, Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA), within the Directorate of Administrative Programs (DAP), located in Washington, DC. This position is at the full performance level. This position is outside the bargaining unit. This position is NOT remote. Selectee will be expected to report to the office above.
Key Responsibilities
Duties of the Program Analyst position include, but are not limited to the following: Providing advice and assistance on human resource management issues including labor-management relations, employee relations, adverse actions, organizational structure, recruitment, position classification and EEO issues. Advising leadership on organizational structure, recruitment strategies, and staffing options, serving as a resource to managers for workforce-related decision-making.
Creating and tracking performance management plans for personnel, drafts plans for leadership review, and compiles appraisal documents. Working with Directorate leadership on workforce planning, staffing utilization, performance standards, and process improvements.
Requirements & Education
