Job Summary

This position is with the U. S. Department of Labor, Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) within the Directorate of Cooperative and State Programs (DCSP), located in Washington, D.C. This position is at the full performance level. This position is inside the bargaining unit. This position is NOT remote. Selectee will be expected to report to the office listed above.

Key Responsibilities

Duties for the Program Analyst position include, but are not limited to, the following: Using qualitative and quantitative analysis methods to analyze program-related data and to identify and analyze program or policy issues. Providing operational, technical, and administrative support to critical projects, programs, and policies within the organization. Providing analytical techniques for evaluating the accomplishment of program objectives.

Assisting with drafting, reviewing, editing, and providing input to written materials including program guidance, and informational and decision memoranda. Designing statistically valid surveys, questionnaires, and data analysis techniques to evaluate programs.

Requirements & Education
