This position is with the Department of Homeland Security, U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP), Office of Facilities and Asset Management (OFAM), Operational Support Facilities Division (OSF).
OSF is responsible for overseeing the planning, construction, maintenance, repairs, operations, and sustainment of OFAM's facilities pertaining to the Office of Air and Marine, the United States Border Patrol, and the Office of Field Operations to enable the CBP and DHS missions of protecting America and its citizens while facilitating legitimate trade and travel.

Typical duties may include the following: Serving as a first-level supervisory Program Manager overseeing a critical program segment within the Field Operations Facilities Program Management Office, impacting CBP-wide operations. Planning, organizing, and directing diverse professional, technical, and administrative programs and projects, providing executive leadership and technical direction.
Managing staff coordination, performance, recruitment, and development, ensuring alignment with organizational vision and objectives. Implementing process improvements, evaluates program effectiveness, and resolves complex operational issues, collaborating across CBP and DHS. - Responsible for ensuring internal controls, compliance with Equal Employment Opportunity policies, and managing resources as corporate assets.
