Joining Customs & Border Protection (CBP) will allow you to use your expertise as a Program Manager over a critical program segment for which both the scope and effect of the work have CBP-wide impact. This position starts at a salary of $106,437.00 (GS-13, Step 1) to $138,370.00 (GS-13, Step 10) .
Typical duties may include: Supporting the promotion and use of Advanced Trade Analytics Platform (ATAP) analytic or case management products in an operational environment, including leading technology demonstrations, development projects, and other efforts related the ATAP acquisition program; gathering requirements; formulating project plans; and developing metrics for demonstrating success related to those efforts.
Serving as liaison between ATAP and stakeholders to support operationalization of ATAP deliverables. Providing support and collaboration with stakeholder groups across organizational lines to develop and validate project requirements and operational needs based on customer input. Providing clear communication to supervisors regarding ongoing program activities.
Providing support in the development of measures that evaluate performance, recommendations for program improvement, and management of resources as corporate assets.
