About the Position: Serves as Chief, Programs and Project Controls Branch, supervising a multi-disciplinary staff engaged in the life-cycle program and funds management and project AIS management of Civil Works and Military/IIS programs (including all supplemental) under the District's area of responsibility. Provides program and project management support to Programs and Project Management Division (PPMD) and district personnel.

Consults with subordinates, PMs, Branch and Division chiefs to consolidate and formulate an overall District Civil Works and Military/IIS program from study initiation through design and construction of a project.
