Serves as the Program Support Assistant (OA) to the Audiology and Speech Pathology Service. The Program Support Assistant (OA) position consists of duties that will utilize administrative and technical skills, positive communications skills with internal and external customers, and ability to prioritize work to meet deadlines.

Prepare spreadsheets for tracking and trends. Maintain calendar and schedules appointment, arranges conferences, departmental meetings. Manage entry of OT/CT, FMLA, leave requests. Enter 2237 for equipment turn-in. Maintain cost controls; tracks orders for supplies, equipment, repair; & purchase card ordering. Respond to requests for information, both verbal and written; prepares typed responses to requests.
