Key Responsibilities

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING DAY TO DAY As a Public Health Advisor, you will use your knowledge and experience to optimize business results and customer experience by: Providing program leadership and consultation for public health initiatives involving governmental, community, and/or international partners to advance program goals and priorities.

Directing the collection and use of program information to assess performance, identify emerging needs, and guide decisions regarding strategies, services, and resources. Planning and administering public health activities involving outreach, education, surveillance, quality assurance, and program implementation to improve health outcomes.

Requirements & Education

Foreign Education: If you are using education completed in foreign colleges or universities to meet the qualification requirements, you must show that the education credentials have been evaluated by a private organization that specializes in interpretation of foreign education programs and such education has been deemed equivalent to that gained in an accredited U.S. education program; or full credit has been given for the courses at a U.S. accredited college or university.
