Job Summary
About the position: This position will be assigned to the Little Rock AFB, AR - Information, Tickets and Travel facility. This is a flexible appointment position with 0 hours guaranteed but can be scheduled up to 40 hours a week. May be required to work an uncommon tour of duty to include evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Key Responsibilities
Performs the full range of travel agent and related functions for the Little Rock AFB ITT office: Provides assistance and information on commercial airline flights, rail passage, cruises, tours, sporting events, vacation packages, hotels, and car rentals to customers, both walk-ins and callers. Researches travel and tour issues and provides clear and accurate information to patrons.
Coordinates leisure travel information and referral services for both individual and group customers. Informs customers of all pertinent travel and lodging polices, restrictions, and itineraries.
