The primary purpose of this position is to perform duties and responsibilities providing surveillance for a variety of service contracts to support Civil Engineering functions, provide technical guidance to the contractor, performs project and budget planning, conducts technical reviews of contractor's proposals, develop performance work statements and statements of work.
Key Responsibilities
Evaluates/monitors Base Operating Support (BOS) contract and civil engineering service contracts and maintains documentation of contractor performance IA W the Quality Assurance Surveillance Plan (QASP). Responsible for detailed funds tracking on service contracts and notifies financial personnel of all new/proposed service contract modifications for planning.
Utilizes safe work practices and procedures following established safety rules and regulations and maintains a safe and clean work environment.
This position is with Air Education and Training Command, Department of the Air Force.

The posted pay range is $61722 – $80243/yr.
