The Supervisory Diversion Investigator (Senior Advisor) position is open in the following location: Arlington, Virginia - Diversion Control Operations Duties include: leading, directing, authorizing, and evaluating the performance of initiatives to interpret, draft, and advance operations through departmental and federal policy development. Developing goals and objectives that integrate organizational and strategic objectives.
Establishes, revises, or reviews policies, procedures, mission objectives. Advising senior leadership to formulate strategies in advancing policy or procedural goals and objectives to improve operational efficiency. Evaluating Diversion Control Operation's responsiveness to high-profile controlled substance issues garnering both media and political attention.
Evaluating current operations and projecting technical, financial, and personnel needs and aligning them with key organizational goals.
