Join our team with Public Affairs as a Supervisory Audiovisual Production Specialist and lead a team of visual communications production personnel providing multimedia messaging products and services to the Office of Public Affairs and other agency senior executives for both internal and external communications.This position starts at a salary of $143,913.00 (GS-14, Step 1) to $187,093.00 (GS-14, Step 10) As a Supervisory Audiovisual Production Specialist, typical duties include: Exercising a range of supervisory responsibilities over professional staff at the GS-9, GS-11, GS-12, and GS- 13 levels.
Conceiving, planning, and directing multimedia productions that utilize appropriate and cost-effective technologies, ensuring alignment with agency communication goals and effective outreach to intended audiences. Overseeing all phases of production, from initial concept development through scripting, design, and execution, to final distribution and archival.
Establishing production schedules, manages budgets, and ensures compliance with agency standards, legal requirements, and best practices.
