You will serve as a Supervisory Facility Operations Specialist. Serves as a Branch Chief and reports directly to the division Director; is responsible for developing and implementing a park program to ensure maintenance and preservation management of park facilities. You may be required to travel overnight away from home up to 1 nights per month. You must obtain a government charge card for travel purposes.
First time hires to the Federal government normally start at the step 1 rate.
Some of the major duties you will perform include but are not limited to the following: Provide facility management leadership & direction for the operations and serves as an effective member of the facility management leadership team. Develop and coordinates plans and objectives to support mission requirements. Use and oversee the use of National Park Service software systems for management of assets, project development and funding, and construction processes.
Develop budget, spending plan and work plans to implement maintenance work group priorities. Develop and implement a comprehensive safety and training program to eliminate at risk behaviors and environments and enforce regulatory policies and mandates.

Transcripts must include your name, school name, grades, credit hours earned, major(s), grade point average or class ranking, and date the degree was conferred, if applicable.
