The primary purpose of this position is: As an Air Reserve Technician (ART), to serve as the Plans and Integration branch first level supervisor providing technical development of assigned work force and management of wing's readiness/deployment programs. To train reservists in the duties and responsibilities set forth herein. DUTIES: Plans, organizes, and oversees the activities of the Plans and Integration function at base level.
Exercises supervisory personnel management responsibilities. Represents the Plans and Integration flight with a variety of installation and functional area organizations. Performs logistics deliberate and adaptive planning processes. Performs deployment, employment, and logistics command and control processes.
