As a Supervisory Management and Program Analyst, GS-14 you will perform the following duties: Serve as the principal advisor and subject matter expert for the administration and implementation of assigned mission support programs, policies, and procedures. Coordinate mission support program activities in logistics, facilities, equipment/property management, Continuity of Operations (COOP) and safety.
Responsible for planning and tracking resources in preparation for major mission support projects. Create and maintain effective relationships internally and external the organization. Follow-up on subordinate's concerns, whether perceived or real in order to eliminate tension in the workplace.
