Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING DAY TO DAY As a Supervisory Program Analyst (Ethics), you will: Oversee a comprehensive ethics program, including directing financial disclosure operations, interpreting conflict of interest laws, and providing authoritative guidance to senior officials.
Lead a team of professional staff, to include; assigning work, setting priorities, evaluating performance, identifying training needs, or implementing strategies to improve productivity and program outcomes. Provide advice to employees and managers on the interpretation and application of ethics statutes, regulations, and policies on issues including financial disclosure, recusals and gift exceptions. Design ethics training courses and materials.
Conduct HHS reviews of ACF ethics programs to evaluate effectiveness and compliance with statutes, regulations, and HHS policies.
Requirements & Education
Foreign Education: If you are using education completed in foreign colleges or universities to meet the qualification requirements, you must show that the education credentials have been evaluated by a private organization that specializes in interpretation of foreign education programs and such education has been deemed equivalent to that gained in an accredited U.S. education program; or full credit has been given for the courses at a U.S. accredited college or university.
