Key Responsibilities
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING DAY TO DAY As a Supervisory Public Health Advisor, you will use your knowledge of and experience to optimize business results and customer experience by: Serving as the advisor and planner for development and coordination of domestic and international surveillance, outbreaks and a variety of other investigations. Evaluating infectious diseases affecting mobile populations (immigrants and travelers) at ports of entry and transit in the United States.
Shaping and influencing national operating policies, methods and procedures for disease prevention within correctional prevention programs. Providing technical assistance in coordination with key agency officials, managers, and supervisors.
