Job Summary
Organizational Location: This position is with the Department of Homeland Security, within U.S. Customs and Border Protection, Office of Field Operations, Cargo & Conveyance Security Directorate, Customs Trade Partnership Against Terrorism (CTPAT) Division, located in Washington, DC. Additional selections may be made to include other organizational divisions and/or units within the duty location(s) listed above.

Learn more about CBP's mission, core values and careers at https://www.cbp.gov/about This position starts at a salary of $143,913.00 (GS-14, Step 1) to $187,093.00 (GS-14, Step 10).
In this position, you will serve as a first line supervisor for the C-TPAT program, and provide supervision and guidance to subordinates engaged in administrative and technical support work.
Typical duties include: Providing operational data through a security validation process of public trade entities associated with the program Providing guidance, training and direction on CTPAT objectives, goals, and policies, overseeing the evaluations of CTPAT trade partners' supply chain security and resolving complaints or issues between trade partners and CTPAT team members Overseeing the overall planning, direction, and timely execution of work.
Managing the development, assignment, and goals and objectives of subordinates Reviewing work plans developed by subordinates and subsequently coordinating the overall work to enhance achievement of the goals and objectives GS Salary: Visit this link to view the locality pay tables by geographic area.
