Job Summary

The primary purpose of this position is: To serve as a first level supervisor, providing planning, directing, organizing, and exercising control over nonsupervisory instructors assigned to the Logistics Readiness Section.
Key Responsibilities
Plans, organizes, and directs the activities of Logistics Readiness Section, ensuring that the Logistics Readiness Section complies with legal and regulatory requirements and meets customer needs. Exercises supervisory personnel management responsibilities. Advises and provides counsel to employees regarding policies, procedures, and directives of management. Represents Logistics Readiness Section with a variety of installation and functional area organizations.
Oversees the technical quality, compliance, and doctrinal alignment of Logistics Readiness instruction. Serves as a Logistics Readiness Instructor and subject matter expert, qualified to instruct in all courses assigned to the Logistics Readiness Section.
