Job Summary
Click on "Learn more about this agency" button below to view Eligibilities being considered and other IMPORTANT information. The primary purpose of this position is to exercise second level supervisory and managerial authorities over the Logistics Readiness Squadron Distribution Section.
Key Responsibilities
Exercises supervisory personnel management responsibilities at least 25% of the time. Plans work to be accomplished by subordinates, sets and adjusts short/long term priorities and prepares schedules for completion of work. Plans, organizes and oversees the activities of the Distribution Section. Develop goals and objectives that integrate organization and Distribution Section objectives.
Represents the Distribution Section with a variety of installation and functional area organizations. Establishes, develops and maintains effective working relationships with unit supervisors, logistic manages and outside agency logistic representatives. Plans and directs cargo movement and personnel ground movement traffic management functions for the installation.
