Job Summary
The incumbent serves as the Senior Leader and Technical Advisor for the Office of the Deputy Assistant Secretary of the Navy, driving strategic policy, legacy IT consolidation, and data-driven modeling for the DON Total Force. In this role, they serve as the primary consultant to Office for Manpower and Reserve Affairs (M&RA) leadership, managing HR system integration and representing the organization across the DoW and federal agencies.
Key Responsibilities
You will serve as the primary expert for the integration, planning, and sustainment of DON Human Capital and Total Force (TF) Information Technology (IT) systems, data policies, and analytics tools to support enterprise-wide decision-making.
