The primary purpose of this position is: To serve as a Technical Training Instructor performing all classroom-related activities, supporting course curriculum development, modification, and/or revision efforts in enlisted initial skills, Technical Training courses utilizing approved curriculum IAW (AETC) instructions in support of the Air Traffic Control course.

Key Responsibilities

Instructs students through assigned blocks of instruction at basic levels in the Air Traffic Control courses. Acts as the SME for Air Traffic Control course materials to help ensure they meet career field trainingrequirements. Plans, develops, executes, and evaluates a comprehensive and effective training program.

Maintains professional and technical proficiency and accomplishes special projects related to specialty area, toinclude staff surveillance visits to various training activities.
