The primary purpose of this position is to serve as a Technical Training Instructor performing all classroom and hands on/performance training activities and as a subject matter expert for curriculum development, revisions, and/or modifications of technical training courses in the Heating/ Ventilation, Air Conditioning, and Refigeration (HVAC/R) Schoolhouse.

Key Responsibilities

Instructs students through assigned blocks of instruction at basic and/or advanced levels. Research, develop, revise and recommend updates to Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning, and Refrigeration course materials in accordance with established learning objectives. Monitors, evaluates, and documents student progress and performance. Inputs necessary data into the Technical Training Management System (TTMS). Maintains professional and technical expertise.
