The primary purpose of this position is: To serve as a Technical Training Instructor performing alltechnical training instructor classroom-related activities, supporting officer curriculum development,modification, and/or revision efforts in initial skills, advanced, and/or supplemental Technical Training course.
Instructs students through assigned blocks of instruction at basic and/or advancedtechnical/administrative levels of communications and information officer courses. Researches, develops, revises and recommends updates to communications and informationofficer course materials in accordance with specialty education and training requirements directedby the career field. Plans, develops, executes, and evaluates a comprehensive and effective training program.
Maintains professional and technical proficiency and accomplishes difficult, but well patternedspecial projects related to specialty area, to include staff surveillance visits to various trainingactivities. Attends conferences, workshops, and briefings to remain current in assigned functionalareasand gain information that can be incorporated into courses.
