The primary purpose of this position is: To serve as a course director and curriculum specialist for the training management functional course director and curriculum specialist for the training management functional course in 6th Combat Training Squadron Formal Education and Training Program, Operational Training Development (OTD).
Plans, develops, executes, and evaluates a comprehensive range of training programs. Evaluates courses, adjusting as necessary to curricula, teaching methodologies, schedules, etc., based on internal and external evaluation analysis including graduate and supervisor feedback and input from other instructors. Develops and maintains professional contacts with a variety of levels and organizational elements, Major Commands, Air Staff, DoD, and other government agencies.
Manages all programming actions associated with the assigned courses. Schedules classes and authorizes allocations to meet annual training requirements. Test and Measurement.
