The primary purpose of this position is: To serve as a Training Specialist planning and coordinating course structure and schedules to support the Aircrew Training, Distribution, and Requirements process.

Key Responsibilities

Analyzes, develops and evaluates aircrew Programmed Flying Training (PFT) programs. Applies Air Force military management to assist with the sustainment of Major Command aircrewmanagement application. Integrates aircrew training requirements into HAF programs. Evaluates and assesses the readiness of aircrew training programs. Develops new training proposals and changes necessary to effect aircrew training process improvement.
