The primary purpose of this position is: To serve as a Technical Training Instructor performing classroom-related activities, supporting course curriculum development, modification, and/or supplemental Technical Training courses utilizing approved curriculum IAW (AETC) instructions in support of the Radar, Airfield and Weather Systems (RAWS) courses.
Instructs students through assigned blocks of instruction at basic levels in the RAWS courses. Acts as the SME for RAWS course materials to help ensure they meet career field training requirements. CriticalPlans, develops, executes, and evaluates a comprehensive and effective training program. Maintains professional and technical proficiency and accomplishes special projects related to specialty area, to include staff surveillance visits to various training activities.
Attends conferences, workshops, and briefings to remain current in assigned functional areas and gain information that can be incorporated into courses.
