About the Position: The primary purpose of this position is to provide a variety of workforce management services essential to EUCOM's operations, serving as a principal liaison across the full spectrum of workforce management and support activities for civilian personnel in the assigned directorate(s).
Review internal organizational requirements and assess turnover ratio, mission and technology needs and changes, staffing trends, and competency gaps/deficiencies.
