This position is located within a Consolidated Patient Account Center (CPAC) in the Office of the Director with the position serving as the Administrative Officer. Serves as full staff assistant to the CPAC Executive Office on all administrative matters related to front and back end revenue generation functions for Third and First Party revenue.
Major duties include, but are not limited to: Create and maintain automated systems and processes to support effective office management. Attend meetings to record, summarize and distribute minutes. Follow up with meeting participants afterwards to ensure the commitments made are addressed. Ensure practices and procedures used by staff are consistent with standard operating procedures. Collaborate with HR and Budget personnel on a variety of issues.
Promote the principles of the organization effectively through oral and written communications. Manage office operations to include monitoring assignments to ensure completion. Utilize knowledge of administrative regulations or operating procedures. Conduct first level review of documents, reports, training /marketing materials, or presentations. Other related duties as assigned.
