Job Summary

You will serve as an Employee Relations Advisor in the Total Force Management Directorate of COMPACFLT HUMAN RESOURCES OFFICE. Salary Clarification GS-09: $64,438 - $83,774 GS-07: $52,680 - $68,485

Key Responsibilities

You will provide guidance on employee relations issues such as grievances, appeals, leave administration, and performance.

Requirements & Education

In lieu of specialized experience, you may qualify with the following education or combination of both education and experience: GS-09: Master's or equivalent graduate degree or 2 full years of progressively higher level graduate education leading to such a degree or LL.B.

or J.D., if related GS-07: 1 full year of graduate level education or 4-year course of study leading to a bachelor's degree with superior academic achievement A transcript must be submitted with your application if qualifying using education. See Required Documents for additional information.
