Key Responsibilities
You will advise management on the development of full compensation packages utilizing the variety of available options, such as recruitment, relocation and retention incentives and superior qualifications appointments.
Requirements & Education
In lieu of specialized experience, you may qualify with the following education or combination of both education and experience: GS-12: No education substitution accepted GS-11: Successful completion of a Ph.D.
or equivalent doctoral degree or Successful completion of 3 full years of progressively higher level graduate education leading to such a degree or Successful completion of LL.M., if related or Equivalent combinations of education and experience are qualifying for all grade levels for which both education and experience are acceptable.
