Job Summary
About the Position: Serve as an Information Technology (IT) Specialist on the Customer Support Team. Perform support duties related to computer networks and client systems. This is a Direct Hire Solicitation
Key Responsibilities
Provides Tier 1–Tier 3 technical support to end users by diagnosing, troubleshooting, and resolving local IT issues related to hardware, software, and network systems.
