The primary purpose of this position is to serve as the MAJCOM Support Agreement Manager (SAM), Deployment Readiness, and Command-level focal point for the War Reserve Materiel (WRM) program. Summary Continued: The incumbent provides command-wide program oversight, strategic policy formulation, and legal/financial administration for all Intragovernmental, Inter-Service, Intra-Service, and Inter-Agency Support Agreements (SAs). Additionally, the incumbent manages and monitors the command's WRM portfolio, ensuring assets, equipment, and consumables are accounted for, serviceable, and strategically positioned to support full-spectrum military operations.
Duties/Responsibilities: Provides senior advisor subject matter expertise and command-level program management of Support Agreements (SA), Acquisition and Cross Servicing Agreements (ACSA), War Reserve Materiel (WRM) and other Logistics programs as well as Installation Deployment Readiness.
Serves as AETC subject matter expert relating to Logistics Readiness planning, deployment readiness, and Logistics deployment concepts to include integrating development of emerging Logistics concepts to enhance warfighter support, developing emerging USAF, Joint, interagency and multinational Logistics capabilities.
Serves as the Command focal point for all War Reserve Materiel (WRM) consisting of enterprise-managed, strategically positioned equipment and consumables that support initial operations and initial sustainment across a full range of military operations. Serves as a senior representative and spokesperson in communicating A4/A4R Logistics programs and project matters.
